For Followerson Bluesky! Show change and Network rebranding

Hello Broadcast Map Friends,

My Bluesky connection broke so I felt I would share it for you too.

Bluesky is another social media platform mentioned later in this newsletter.

There are lots of exciting updates and changes taking place for the show and network names and branding.

The Broadcast Map Show will be branded and renamed to The Ali Moosa Show. The reason for this, is when the show started out, it started as a show all about broadcasting, sports media, and the canadian media landscape. The name made sense for that time period.

Then I started adding in more pieces like my favourite sports teams, NHL and MLB Trade Deadline shows, as well as news and politics.

It is no longer a show just about broadcasting, which caused some confusion.

If you are following the show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music etc., the feed URL will change to reflect this branding.

The website will change to, thealimoosashow.ca. However, if you use broadcastmap.ca it will redirect to the new site.

The name of the network is changing from the Broadcast Map Network, to the Moosa Slobodian Network. As a result, we will have a hub site for the network with links and descriptions for all of these shows, to make it easy to find as will as check out the other shows across the network.

It will be, themoosaslobodiannetwork.ca

Also, we are doing away with the Whatsapp and Messenger Groups, as there has been a lot of spam and we want to keep the space a safe and respectful place to engage.

You will find us on the Facebook Page, Linkedin, Blue Sky, and Mastodon.

The best way, is to stay subscribed to the newsletters.

I am also in the process of doing away with the Broadcast Map X account, to avoid copying and sharing the link to each platform.
